OVERVIEW
● Ponos Tech is a newborn Japan-based Vietnam technology company
● We are developing HR solution services for Japan market (Target to
Global market in 2025)
REQUIREMENT
● Have a startup mindset, willing to give your best to make thing done.
● At least 3 years of experience in Manual Software Testing, have
experience with Japanese market
● Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy,
writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs,
report test process)
● Have experience with web applications and mobile applications
● Must have good skills in Japanese: both writing and oral (From N3)
● Have ISTQB/ISEB certificate or related field
● Have experience in Automation Testing is a plus
● Have experience of working in an agile, fast-paced environment
● Can work independently or in groups, actively communicate Q&A to
confirm requirements.
● Able to stay calm in panic situations
● Hardworking
● Loves technologies and exploring new knowledge

WORKING TIME: 8:30~17:30 or 9:00~18:00 Mon to Fri (Break 11:30~13:00) –
